    新華翻譯社接受中國翻譯協會的領導并協助規范翻譯行業。強調行業自律和協調、協作。按照自愿、自律、優勢互補、資源共享的原則,聯合國內的大中型翻譯公司和機構,共同推進翻譯服務行業規范,有序健康發展。其中第五屆會議公布了《翻譯服務行業職業道德規范》,與會代表簽署了《翻譯服務行業誠信公約》。
